Prior to his role
at A.T. Kearney, Daniel worked for Booz Allen Hamilton, where he was also a member of the firm’s global commercial war-
gaming team. Before joining Booz, Daniel worked for UBS AG in Zürich and New York, where he had a variety of roles in private banking and asset management.
To this date, Daniel is an active officer in the Swiss Armed forces Joint Staff, where he frequently works on the design and exe-
cution of different staff and unit exercises.
Daniel received his B.S. in business administration from City University in Zürich, his M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University and his Ph. D. from Southern California University for Profes-
sional Studies.

nal consulting firms.
Jan has obtained his Ph. D. in strategic foresight at the Berlin University of the Arts, Germany, and has published numerous articles on strategic foresight and applies business wargaming when teaching master level students across Europe.
Jan holds a M.A. in General Management (Dipl. Oec.) from the University of Witten/
Herdecke, Germany, and an MPhil in Futures Studies from the Graduate School of Business, University of Stellen-
bosch, South Africa.
